To All Tour Operators & Travel Agents (Active and Allied) Dear Members, During the interactive members meeting held on Friday, 18 th  September 2020, two IATO Office Bearers were given the responsibility to submit a proposal for the 27 th  September 2020 program. These two office-bearers called a meeting of some selected tour operators on Sunday, 20 th  September to brainstorm and submit the proposal to the EC. Thereafter, an EC meeting was held on Monday, 21 st  September 2020 wherein this point was discussed. A unanimous decision was taken by the EC, which was circulated today morning to those selected members who were invited for the meeting on Sunday, the 20 th  of September 2020.  The circular is placed below, which is self-explanatory and this is for your information. To All Members Sub: IATO Interactive Fortnightly meeting on every alternative Friday beginning from 19 th  June 2020 at 4 pm Dear Members, Keeping in view the present crisis tourism industry is facing and we are not sure when we are going to come out of the crisis and have physical meetings, it has been decided to have fortnightly meeting with the members on every Alternative Friday at 4 pm via zoom conference. However, meeting schedule may change in case of any other important meeting/webinar coinciding with our meeting.
