Dear All,

Air India is operating evacuation flights under the name of ‘Vande
Bharat’ Mission. HQRS have received many complaints through social
media and other channels about fares being overcharged by certain Travel
Agents from distressed passengers.

Agents are advised not resort to such malpractice of overcharging of
fares / manipulating the price on Air India tickets.

Kindly find enclosed a circular for dissemination of all travel partners
under your jurisdiction today itself.
